We absolutely love High Tide - a hidden seafood gem in the middle of the desert!

Happy hour is the BOMB! We love the tuna tostados, calamari, the crab cakes....and omg the chicken wings (yes not seafood but WOW)

Always great service and a great experience!

Husband and I wanted to do a date night and decided to give this place a try based on the good reviews. So glad that I made a reservation because the restaurant was pretty crowded. We got seated right away and ordered the high tide tower,  calamari and crab cakes from the HH menu.

Ok....I think I have been spoiled with delicious fresh seafood since I was a kid. Don't get me wrong,  it was not bad for the price of the high tide tower($115)  but the quality of the seafood is not what I expected. I could still taste the frozeness from the king crab legs. The worst is my hubby and I had to rush to the bathroom an hour later lol oh boy....our stomachs were destroyed. Not sure if the seafood was bad or not. Calamari was decent and the crab cake is another disappointment. I just had better ones. Service was good , our server was very attentive. The best part of the meal was the dessert . We got the cream brulee and it was delicious !

Visited this restaurant for the first time last night in honor of my mother's birthday. We usually go to Salt Cellar for our seafood fix, but the recent reviews I've read suggest it may have fallen off a bit in the last year.

High Tide checked almost all the boxes!  The atmosphere was nice but relaxed. We shared a crab cake appetizer, then had entrees of king crab legs and scallops over Sardinian couscous and  roasted veggies. My mom also got whipped potatoes as a side. The crab cake was delicious!  Almost entirely crab meat served with an amazing fried avocado and zesty light cream drizzle. My scallops were cooked perfectly and the rarely-available Sardinian couscous was a real treat. (I'm Italian and it's hard to impress me with pasta.) They even threw in a free gelato for the birthday girl.  Zach, our server, was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable, attentive but not annoying.

My only complaint was regarding the crab legs. The meat was sweet and tasty, but the outer shell was a bit soft and sinewy - making it hard to crack. It seemed like more effort than normal for a meal that one already expects to work for in order to enjoy!

Overall, I'd definitely go back to High Tide and recommend it if you're looking for good seafood and great service.

The service was excellent but the food was just ok, nothing to really write home about! I got the Chilean sea bass and I had three bones with my first bite! I mean really? I know fish have bones but I don't think you should get three bones in your month with your first fork-full. Anyway, I sent it back and got the scallops. They were good, but I'm not a fan of fennel. Yuk! My husband said his food was just okay but not enough to come back. I had the oysters rockafellow and they were tasty but again, I've had better!

Love this place!! I've been here many times over the past year and have tried several different menu items and have never been disappointed. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, it's all so good. The service has always been great.
